Why Use This Tool?
Add names or ticket numbers to the wheel, then spin to display a selected entry. NameWheel does not collect participant entries, check eligibility, or independently certify a drawing, so review the list and your contest rules yourself.
How to Use
1. Import Entries
Enter text entries manually or paste a line-separated list. The wheel accepts up to 100 text entries.
2. Verify Entries
Review the list yourself. Each nonblank line becomes a separate entry, and repeated lines remain separate wheel slots.
3. Spin & Record
A screen recording can show the list, spin animation, and displayed result; it does not independently audit the entries or selection process.
4. Select Multiple Winners
To draw another entry without the previous slot, choose Remove after the spin and then spin again.
Perfect For
- •Social Media Giveaways: Use a prepared text list of up to 100 entries. The wheel does not import comments from social platforms.
- •Fundraising Raffles: Charity events, school fundraisers, nonprofit campaigns, or community organization prize drawings.
- •Corporate Events: Conference door prizes, trade show giveaways, employee appreciation raffles, or customer appreciation drawings.
- •Twitch & YouTube Streams: Run viewer raffles on-screen for maximum engagement and transparency during live streams.
- •Business Promotions: Customer loyalty programs, grand opening prizes, email list subscriber rewards, or new product launch giveaways.
Key Benefits
- ✓Visible Entry List: The visible wheel shows the current entries and the result displayed after a spin.
- ✓Reviewable Entry List: You provide the entries. Check duplicates and eligibility yourself before using the wheel.
- ✓Record the Displayed Result: A screen recording can preserve what appeared on the wheel, but it is not an independent audit or fairness certificate.
- ✓Multi-Winner Support: Remove a selected entry and spin again when you want to draw another entry without that slot.
Tips for Best Results
Before the draw, check that the wheel contains the entries you intend to include. Publish your own rules, eligibility requirements, entry period, prize details, and winner contact process; review relevant platform terms and requirements.
Use a Prepared Entry List
Add names or ticket numbers to a visible wheel and spin to show a result. The wheel displays only the entries you supply; it does not collect entries, verify eligibility, or independently audit the selection. Review your list and rules before drawing.
What a Recording Can Show
A screen recording can document the entries visible on the wheel, the spin animation, and the result shown on your device. It does not verify how the list was collected or provide independent proof of the drawing process.
Best Practices for Running Legal Contests
Document everything: keep records of all entries, the selection timestamp, and video evidence of the drawing. Announce rules clearly before running your raffle, including eligibility requirements, entry period, prize details, and winner selection method. After selecting a winner, verify they meet all contest requirements before publicly announcing and awarding the prize.
